I bought movies on sale for my son at Christmas, which fox anime said were on backorder, and they still aren't here. Now there is no website for this company. They have taken my money, and we have no merchandise. If anyone has their phone number, could you please email it to me at [email protected]

I have tried to get someone to respond to "ARE my DVDs still on backorder? Unavailable? or What's going on" I ordered in August 2009, got a email that my order was on backorder but woulf go out in 2-5 weeks, October goes by with no DVD arrival, November I start emailing ---NO RESPONSE--, December is here, I email more from 3 different accounts failing to reach a person. I tried calling today but the operator message tells me the number isn't recognized or able to be connected. The address is a PO BOX so I can't go to an their office in Las Vegas, NV. The company has not been very professional or mature in dealing with me. I have offered to exchange items, drop item, or have a refund/ store credit. The company is just hiding and making me ready to take legal action since they have admitted to taking funds, no product which breaches the sale contract, and taken un-reasonable amount of time to respond to the customer. I don't recommend this company they are acting like discountanime.com before they went out of business. I would have to recommend ioffer.com to get the same products.
