Do not rent from Fox Management! they took 325.00 from our deposit refund to remove weeds from the edges of a twenty square foot yard. Which we had freshly mowed but it had been raining all month and we did to have the time to weed the edges. Charged us 45.00 to repair gate latch that was broken when we moved in and to replace bedroom key which was never given to us upon signing lease. Charged us 129.99 for returning the house key on a Monday and not Saturday, even though we had a verbal conformation from Fox Management that Monday would be fine and cause no additional fees. We have also tried repeatedly to meet with the agent to try and settle these issues. After being repeatedly transfered to voice-mail and leaving over seven messages they still refuse contact. To be honest this rental agency has been a nightmare to deal with. Over the year and a half that we live in this house we had multiple problems with the electrical wiring frying two new tvs, a computer, microwave and a blender. In fear of a house fire and calling multiple times over a couple months asking for an electrician to be sent out they finally sent a no-certified maintenance man. We ended up having to call a certified electrician ourselves to get the problem dealt with. Other problems with the house that we complained to fox management about simply went unfixed. They basically seem to do anything to keep from giving you your deserved deposit back. I will NEVER rent from fox management again.

is posting Slanderous, Libelous and Defamatory postings about tenants on the internet. And their latest, claiming they have filed "police reports' on tenants, when if fact no police reports have been filed or exist.
