My complaint is that when my wife and I go to receive our SLOT PLAYS, my wife gets her slot plays of $10.00 each when she has more then one given to her. When I get my slot plays I get $10.00 slot play and 10 points credited to me. I go there to play the SLOTS and receive my points whie playing. I would rather get the SLOT PLAYS opposed to the points. I have spoken so several people and they agree with me on that and it is turning people away by doing that. The person should have the option to pick what he or she wants. The MOHEGANS have it right when it comes to bringing in people. You should take lessons from them. Please, I want SLOT PLAYS notpoints added to my account. I want to earn them having fun playing the slot machines. Thank you.
