Worst Service Experience - Terrible Management
I have left two voice mails at the corporate office requesting a call back from your company with respect to the shopping experience I had with your store last weekend (December 17 and 18). As a Director of Customer Service for a large company in Plano, and supporting member of the Dallas small business administration, I appreciate small business and how difficult it can be to please every customer. However, the experience I had at Foxy Paws was exceptional and one I cannot excuse.

This shopping experience with Foxy Paws was my first, and as long as Michelle Lamont is employed there, it will be my last. I have never been so disrespected and mistreated by a store manager. She had no intention of even listening to me or the concerns I had. In fact, she was almost robotic and seemed to take pleasure in the fact that I was growing more and more frustrated with her snide, curt remarks and unprofessional demeanor. As a member of the small business administration and as a member of Jack Russell Terrier association I am appalled by the level of service and will make a point to tell other members of these organizations what a terrible shopping experience I had. I owe others this so that they know to take their business to stores that appreciate their patronage.

Worst Shopping Experience
I wish I had looked into complaints about this Willowbend Pet Boutique before I purchased anything. I bought pet shoes as a Christmas gift and was told I could return them for a smaller size which I did do the following day. Sales person told me she would order smaller size and they would be shipped(shipping was additional $10) to arrive in 7-10 days. Three weeks and numerous phone calls later...no merchandise!) Manager Michelle has cited 2 ship dates but never has a tracking number available. It's incredible to see that the store has conducted business like this for such a long time.

Awful Service
I ordered a jersey for my dog from Foxy Paws (in Willowbend Mall) at the beginning of January. It is now April 8th and I still have yet to receive it. I have tried calling the store and corporate...no answer. I'm fuming. I just moved to Houston, or else I would prance my unhappy tail in there and tell them how I really feel. This is such an unprincipled company and I'm baffled at how they run their business. I will NEVER shop here again and I will let EVERYONE around me know about my horrible experience.

These people run a scam to "sell" you something as an order, and then you never get what you ordered. Of course they don't do refunds. Michelle Lamont Petit is the owner and was completely unreasonable and immature. She laughed when I told her I wanted a full refund. She obviously has no customer services skills.

Buyer beware
I also bought a coat at Foxy Paws at Willow Bend Mall-when the item didn't fit I returned it and was told they would order and it would be mailed to me within 7-10 days. A month later with no coat in the mail I attempted to contact the store and got a major run around, when I talked with MICHELLE she was rude, unwilling to resolve the issue without my contact the owner who acted exactly the same, rude and did not care if I got my item once I paid for it. Would never recommend this store and would caution buyer beware.

Horrible customer service
Customer service is horrible, all the owner michelle does is bug and bug and bug you until you have finally told her to bug off she insulted what I was wearing and also my friends. We are all 16 so we were really confused why this woman was being so rude. I wish their was a new owner because I would shop there if michelle wasn't.

Discriminated
I had intended to shop at the Foxy Paw in the Willow-Bend Mall until my cousin and I were racially insulted by the owner Michelle. We simply asked what time do you close and from there she made it known that she did not want African American's anywhere near her store. She called us trash and told us we do not belong in her store nor that mall. She yelled this in front of several consumers. We made a complaint to mall security and the GM of the mall in which nothing has been done. This woman is NOT fit to run a store in 2008. It's too bad that we are still being discriminated against.

Will never shop there again
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE IN WILLOWBEND AGAIN!! THEY TRIED TO PULL A FAST ONE OVER ON ME!!

I purchased a size medium dress for my dog on May 19th and wanted another for my daughter's dog. They said they would order it for me. That sounded good. Not until I got home did I realize that I had already been charged the full price of the special order. I wait over 2 weeks and no call from the store. I call them and ask when to expect the dress since I had been told within 2 weeks. Answer--Uhhhhh, soon? I complain that it has been over 2 weeks. The next day I get a call that the item has arrived, so I go and pick it up. I get it home, try it on my daughter's dog and it is too small. I notice that the size tag had been removed by the store. I go to return it and bring along the previous one I purchased to show they ordered the wrong size. Uhhhh...we can order the right one. And wait another 2 weeks? Yes. I would like a refund since YOU made the mistake. NO REFUNDS-- served up with snotty attitude. Never mind, I'll take the store credit. My daughter notices that a small is missing from the store floor[we had been in a few days earlier]-- we realize then that they tried to pull a switcheroo--Take off the small tag and pass it off as a medium.

This really ticks me off. I have spent lots of money in that store. If this had been a gift, the person would have been stuck with the wrong size. Totally deceptive. They should have refunded my money since it was THEIR mistake!!They either never sent in the special order or can't get the item anymore. Either way, I should have gotten my money
back.
Maybe this is the way they make a profit. Special order without telling you that they are charging you for it and then hoping you never call and insist on getting what you have already paid for.

I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!! THERE ARE OTHER DOG STORES IN PLANO AND ONE IN FRISCO. PLUS REPUTABLE ONES ONLINE. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE.
