Horrible Experience
Do Not use this company. We switched to this company after several yrs with pitney bowes. We had a 30 day trial before our 1 yr contract began. In that 30 days I was never able to do one postage stamp. Two machines with fatal errors, you have to send the machine back and wait 2 wks to transfer the postage amount to the other machine. We tried to extend our trial and after multiple phone calls a day for a week couldn't get anyone to call us back. We decided to send the machine back and they are letting us, however the postage to return it is on us. This company WILL NOT return calls or answer questions. They have old dated equipment that doesn't work. STAY AWAY!

Does not refund
FP Mailing Solutions is a provider of postage machines and postage services. We used them for over 5 years. When it came time to cancel the contract, they said they owed us a refund but then did not issue the refund even after more than 10 phone and fax requests and after a BBB complaint.
My advice is to use stamps, Endicia, or take your mail to the Post Office. Definitely do not use FP Mailing Solutions.

Terrible experience
A lie of omission is still a lie. FP Mailing Solutions told me that Pitney Bowes postage meters were faulty, expensive and contained hidden charges. So, I went with FP (stupid me). The salesman neglected to mention that you needed a dedicated analog phone line to download your postage. I run a web design business and have only digital signals. And they say there is no other way to do it.
I have a 30 day trail with them, but they are forcing me to pay to ship the machine back even though THEY didn't tell me the absolute minimum requirements. Not only am I pissed that they think so little of their customers' happiness, but because they are forcing me to pay extra when I went with this to save money in the first place.
I'm sending a picture of my *** with the machine back to the company.
