I defintely should have done more research on Keri Sweeten, an MD who has a medical practice "helping women" and also had a "skin & diet" business. My first clue should have been the fact that her Skin Care business changed names 3 times while I was having the fractional lazer treaments done. The treatments were very painful and expensive. I was told that the results were fantastic and was show pictures. I have no idea if these pictures were touched up or even if the people were patients of Dr. Sweeten.

When I signed on the bottom line I was given the royal "friendly" treament. During each visit, office manager, Tiffany, who signed me up wouldn't even look at me. After I had reached the end of the 5th and final treatment and waited 3 months because they told me it takes "time" to work, I made an appointment to show Jasmine, the person who worked on me, that there was no difference. She made sure the door was closed and then wispered to me that she had to agree with me but the policy states NO REFUNDS so she offered me a facial. That was a total insult.

This business has since closed recently. I followed up with Keri Sweeten's medical office 3 times and explained that the pain I endured and the money I spent was totally useless. They did some "research" and told me the office manager, who is now unemployed, reported that there was an extreme difference after the treatments and Jasmine agreed. In addition to having people lie about the results, Keri Sweeten has never asked to see me so she could see the results for herself. She's too busy making commercials for her medical business so she could charge more to unassuming patients.

Her unprofessionalism and apathy is unacceptable. She continues to scam people with a smile. Beware of Keri Sweeten.
