Fake Perfume
I would warn anyone against buying anything from Fragrance X. I bought a very expensive bottle of Hermes perfume from them, and it was undoubtedly a fake. When I complained they suggested they would re-imburse the cost if I returned the bottle to them, but it would be less the £10.00 shipping fee. They are a massive rip off merchant. Beware!!!

Denied Refund and Terrible Service
I have ordered from FragranceX in the end of July 2009 a couple of products. One month later I received them, unfortunately they sent me the wrong ones. I don't know if it was intently or not but I had ordered eau de parfum and they sent me eau de toilette which is considerably cheaper. I then returned the goods to them, having to fund my own delivery charges which were quite high. Since then I have been calling them to ask for my refund which two weeks ago they said it was on the way which has never happened. They say they can only look into the matter after 3 or 4 months to see what they can do. Do not buy from these people. Their customer services is extremely rude and they talk to you as if you're committing a crime against them if you want to complain. I certainly won't ever buy from them again and will do what I can to get my money back.

scammed
I was online searching for a perfume, and found it at Fragrance X, but they were sold out at the time.I was placed on a waiting list for this perfume, They emailed me that it had arrived, so I immediately
went and placed my order, paid and anxiously awaited the arrival..
when it came, it was not the perfume I ordered, but they offered a $10.00 coupon for my next purchase..
It seems this $10.00 coupon entitled their cohorts to charge my credit card for 3 months... these bogus "reservation rewards" charges could not be removed by any means,
Now, I am happy to say that I am part of a wonderful class action
lawsuit that will give them their "just rewards!"
