IN DISCUSSING MY SITUATION AND HOW RUDE THE CS PERSON WAS WHO EMAILED ME, THIS EMPLOYEE CALLED ME A BITCH AND HUNG UP. NOW..IS THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM?
