After dealing with a ver nice woman through e-mail for about a week regarding the trade-in of my vehicle and the purchase of a one year old used car, I decided to finally drive to the dealership.
The saleswoman was very nice until it came time to discuss the price of the car. When she asked what I was looking to get for my car, I gave her the price that the internet salesperson has told me they could give me. Then the sales manager came out of his office and asked if I was crazy. He offered me almost $6, 000 less that what the internet salesperson has stated they could offer. I then asked on several occasions to get the key back to my car so I could leave and the manager only ignored me. After several minutes of the sales manager telling me I have no option but to sell them my car (which has nothing wrong with it, I actually love my car) I decided it was time to leave.
I have never been so insulted before in my life. Maybe it is because I am young and my wife was sitting there that I might feel pressured into buying the car. Unfortunately I CAN afford my car payments and I do NOT have to trade in my car (contrary to that the sales manager might think).
I am not one to say my whole experience was bad, just the sales manager whom unfortunately I did not get his name. I will be making further inquiries as to whom the sames manager is as now all I will tell anyone who asks is to stay away from Framingham Ford.
