I used to be contracted to Orange.es for ADSL in Spain for three years with no problems.
I had to change my fixed landline number due to a injunction report for personal reasons. Orange in Spain made me cancel my current service (which they charged me for) as they couldn't just change the telephone number for the same line and re register.
I have now re-registered back in August and received a new router and package on the 1st September. Since i have received this the internet has never worked and i have been on the phone constantly to their technical department for them to fix this. It is now the 16th October and still the internet is not working. The telephone number to call them is not free and costs a fortune and yet the all keep coming up with the same crappy excuses and basically couldn't care less on whether the internet is working.
does anyone have any official complaints contact details to whom i can write to about this as i am sick to death with their shoddy service.
