I ordered my perfume on the 16 April 2011, it is now 20 June 2011 still no perfume. I have done everything I can think of to get these people to action my many emails even ringing the US and trying to speak to the Customer Service Manager. They are making every excuse under the sun. I have tracked my parcel my parcel to a distribution centre and has been advised by Australia Post that an investigation has to be raised for me to get further details, unfortunately the sender has to raise the investigation. Do you think this mob will do that NO WAY! The standard and only response I get is if the parcel is returned to them I will get my money back. They ignore my numerous requests and reply in distance strange politeness which is obviously a generated response as it has nothing to do with what I have asked them. I am so frustrated surely something has to be done with this company. I thought I was the only one in this situation until a friend sent me the link to this site. Where do I go to from here. Looks like I have wasted my money they are the ones laughing. I intend on sending daily emails to them until I get a refund. Never again will I use this company and I will make sure as many of my friends know about them too.
