I was extremely irritated about the auto extraction of payment from my account. That to me is thief of the first degree.
Basically They can take every penny from your account legally, because we gave them the right to do so under their term and condition.
by the way, I still don't have the term and conidtion from them.
The following are the e-mail communication that may be useful for some of you.
"I did not received any e-mail after I sign up. If it did I would have discontinued about a month ago.
I don’t think the auto reply system is working. You have enough blog on the Internet that expressing dissatisfaction with your billing practices. That is telling me is the system is not working or the term and condition was never clearer explained to the consumers.
This e-mail will be attached to one of the blog that is on the Internet. You can expect more people to contact you about refund.
