Went into advance auto parts in sissonville wv to address a defective warrinty part and purchase additional parts, first of all staff one was on phone which i understood one looked at me and acted like i wasnt there. after 5 minutes he holard hey whats going on i said waiting to be wated on, then 2minutes later he came over to help me ( for your record there was no other customer in store) i proceded to ask about warrinty he told me it had one but i needed to have reciept. i told him i was told i didnt need one because info is in computer, i said thats what they say the purpose of putting personal info in computer was for, then he said very rudely well if its in there, then tried to tell me it wasnt in there and i saw it and confronted him about it, he said well you have to by this one before i can give your money back, i told him that was it i'm tired of dealing with idiots and iwill never step foot in a advance auto parts store again. Evertime i call or go to purchase parts they are very rude or they act like your bothering them and half the time they dont know what there doing. I went to napa auto parts and bought my parts from them. From here on i will purchase my parts from napa or auto zone.

I was extremely irritated about the auto extraction of payment from my account. That to me is thief of the first degree.
Basically They can take every penny from your account legally, because we gave them the right to do so under their term and condition.
by the way, I still don't have the term and conidtion from them.

The following are the e-mail communication that may be useful for some of you.

"I did not received any e-mail after I sign up. If it did I would have discontinued about a month ago.

I don’t think the auto reply system is working. You have enough blog on the Internet that expressing dissatisfaction with your billing practices. That is telling me is the system is not working or the term and condition was never clearer explained to the consumers.

This e-mail will be attached to one of the blog that is on the Internet. You can expect more people to contact you about refund.
