On 10-10-10 I went to work in A.M. I worked on cash register for 4 hrs, asked if I could go to lunch, Kat said Whitney is doing stocking Choc Cheese and could I wait, I said ok, then I saw Whitney at cheese table and asked Kat if I could go to lunch, she said wait till Whit gets cheese curds done, It was 1:40 and I hadn't even had a bathroom break yet, I said there are 5 ppl at the cheese table, she then sent Paige to coffee bar, left Stuart, Whitney, herself and Steven at table. Then sent Whitney over for me to take my break. The store was real busy when I came back. I was labeling pretzels because there wasn't any at all in stock, Kat had Whitney do a gift box that took her 2hrs. Kat came over aggressively and said to me, Karin, when you get pretzels done you can cut cheese, I said ok and did. I was quite and did not talk and was doing my work, Stacy Rupprecht asked me if anything was wrong, I told her no, nothing is wrong. I was doing stock after cutting the cheese and walked to the back cooler around 4:00p.m. and was getting the Scott's spread when Kat followed me and I was standing in the cooler and she was in the doorway and said to me is anything wrong and bothering you, I answered no, she then was very aggressive and cornered me in the cooler and said what is the matter, you are going to tell me, I said again, there is nothing wrong, She then said you are lying to me, you are going to tell me what is wrong, the store was really busy, I was trying to do my work and she was wondering why I wasn't smiling. I answered to her, I don't appreciate you calling me a liar, one thing I don't do is lie. She said I'm not calling you a liar, I am telling you, you are lying to me. She said what I have to hear from other ppl what is bothering you, I want to know, I said leave me alone, She said I am sending you home, I don't need one of my employees to have an attititude. I then punched out and left. I have had problems with her before, I found out she has been talking to a Shannon that works at the Bavarian Inn Lodge and has told her she doesn't like a couple of girls at the Cheese Haus because they act like they have authority and she is the boss. We have had many employee meetings were Kat and Jerry have addressed to us there is to be no gossip and she is spreading rumors around about myself. I just got my revue by the manager Jerry and he said I am not causing trouble with anyone and I feel I am being harrassed by Kat and want her investigated.
