I looked at my credit report and discovered an address that wasn't mine and an unpaid bill that had lowered my credit report. I called to get the name of the company that the account was with and the man on the phone wanted my social security number in order to give me the information about the debt. Then once he gave me the info, he hung up. When I called back a woman answered and she wanted my address (which I did not give). She bacame rude and said she would note this on my account--that I would not give my address. This company is not what it seems. Now because I didn't use good judgement, I have to put a fraud alert on my credit report. This company is rude and not helpful. I'm certain that their job is not fun, but you don't treat everyone like they are criminals. I have filed a dispute of the information on my credit report for the debt and for the additional address that is not mine.
