Bought a Franklin recliner from American home furnishing in July. had it replaced within two weeks, with same chair.by December that chair was falling apart. Franklin corp.would not answer e-mails or do anything about replacing the chair because we had it to long. amh couldn't do anything about the chair but have it repaired because Franklin would not allow it.as i sit and wait for someone to come and repair it the chair continues to become worse. the structure is rapidly declining, the seat and one arm cushion are slowly collapsing, and tips to one side very easily.
