I purchased a recliner for my father sometime back and he used it for 2 yrs before his passing. My mother gave it back to me and I found the mechanism was broken. I approached Lack Furniture in McAllen Texas and they attempted to get the necessary parts to fix the chair even when I didn't have the receipt. I appreciated their courtesy and effort. Franklin comes back with 'the parts are unavailable'
What good is a lifetime warranty when the manufacturer pulls a stunt like that.
I have have had two individuals looking for living room furniture and they bought Lazyboy.
It is unfortunate the company had chosen to ignore my emails and not respond.
In their arrogance they may want to consider how they will liquidate as I will spread this story as much as I possibly am able to.
