When Save my home usa first called me they were not a non-profit organization. As I was submitting payment they were changing their name to Franklin united. It was until I submitted payment did they tell me they were a non-profit organization since the name change. After payment, I have not had any contact with these people, the numbers have changed, and no one returns my phone calls. Do I have to swallow this pill and move on or is there something I can do about this?
