Have not Gotten car after 14 weeks

I turned my car over to LARRY LAKEN at Frannys (a White 97 acura 3.0CL) on Monday Feb 22, 2010, for a transmission rebuild and as of May 24, 2010, Have not gotten my car back..14 Weeks!! Every Phone call was either redirected, Or never even answered, And when i did manage to get through, Was told, It'd be done next week... Or i was just told their Transmission Builder was moving shops so was a bit backed up. This is total BS, and now their main number is disconnected! I Found Larry's Cell number on the website as an after hours number, and he still tells me "let me give you a call back".. That he'll find out whats going on, And Never, Ever get a call back! I gave them a $600 deposit that I am so deathly afraid i will never get back, Let alone my Car is just sitting on jack stands with $1500 Rims and tires on it.. With what were Brand new after market $500 Brake Rotors! Rusted to scrap now! And to top it all off, I am reading article after article of all these people who felt they were scammed and had stuff stolen off of their vehicles! What do I do next??

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE, WITH A GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS, WHO WILL FIX YOUR CAR, WITHOUT RIPPING YOU OFF!!! ANYTHING WRITTEN IN THIS FORUM, SAYING OTHERWISE, IS THE WORK, OF ONE FORMER, DISGRUNTLED, FIRED EX-MECHANIC, BY THE NAME OF FRANK DAVIS, WHO HAS A SERIOUS GRUDGE, TO SETTLE, AGAINST THIS COMPANY, AND IT'S SERVICE MANAGER, AFTER BEING LET GO, FOR INCOMPETENCE. I KNOW THIS, AS A FACT, AS THIS IS THE PERSON, WHO WORKED ON MY CAR, WHILE BEING SERVICED AT FRANNYS, AND IT WAS RIGHT AFTER THAT, THAT FRANK WAS 'LET GO' AND MY REPAIR GIVEN TO ANOTHER MECHANIC, AT FRANNYS, TO COMPLETE AND DO RIGHT!

THIS PERSON IS SUCH A COWARD, THAT HE WILL NOT EVEN SIGN HIS NAME, TO HIS UNTRUE 'ALLEGATIONS'. POSTED ALL OVER THE INTERNET, ABOUT THIS COMPANY, BUT INSTEAD HIDES BEHIND BOGUS NAMES, SUCH AS JENNIFER, JAY, ETC. ETC.

iIT SEEMS, THAT WHILE NO LONGER HAVING A JOB, TO GO TO EACH DAY, THIS PERSON'S MAIN OBJECTIVE. EACH DAY. IS TO FIND MORE PLACES TO POST HIS FALSE 'ALLEGATIONS' AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND IT'S EMPLOYEES.
