i would like fraud protection to be cancelled. u are still taking money out of my account

discovered unauthorized debit of $4.95 in my bank account statement. Labeled as fraud protection with a 800 712 7222 phone number. Only get a recorded message asking to wait 38 hours(??). Shows a merchant category: Convenience/specialty, an expense category: retail stores and a merchant category code: 5499. I have no idea what this stands for.

WAS TOLD TO GO ON LINE WWW.FRAUDPROTECTIONHELPDESK.COM TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, BUT THIS IS WHAT I COME UP WITH. THERE IS NO PLACE TO CANCEL??? HELP, I DO NOT WANT FUNDS COMING FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT TO MAKE MY ACCOUNT NON FUNDS CHARGE.

Trying to cancel acct. Unauthorized charge to my credit card.

I called there 800 number, and they referred me here. I want to cancel the fraud protection they charged me for on my credit card. 800-712-7226IA
