Pretty bad when it's the fraud protection service ripping you off - I think the identity security and fraud protection resources.com services are the real frauds... They pop up on your credit card statements charging fee's up to and over $15.00 then when you call to inquire about them they argue, refuse to remove the fee's and state that if your credit has been checked recently you requested this service. NOT...Imagine how many peopkle they do this to on a monthly basis and how many don't bother to check into it, that's a whole lot of money they are scamming. When you call the number if you are lucky enough for them to even answer, they put you on hold forever, in hopes that you will give up I would imagine. Some of us don't, I got through and requested a supervisor Tim (employee #401) very rude, insisted that I ordered something I did not. Refused to give me an address to file a complaint or a phone number. He stated he did not know who the owner or CEO was of fraudprotectionresources.com and that no one existed higher than himselfin the company. Oh yeah, they are a web-based company.
