My name is Nanon Otayakul who is one of your royalty customers. I bought a lot of your products around the world especially from the Urban Outfitters, Santa Monica, California, USA.
I am now in Liverpool, UK, for studying. Two months ago, I was more than happy to buy your products directly from your shop. Until last Sunday (23/11/08), I went to Chestshire Oaks Outlets and found that there was your shop over there as well. Again, I was so happy because it was cheaper than I bought in the Liverpool City Center. I then bought a pair of shoes by credit card from the shop and bought 4 polo shirts in cash.
Today (28/11/08), I went to the outlets for shopping as always. Your shop was my first choice. I had planned to change the size of the shoes I bought last time and buy something more.
However, there was no size of shoes matching me, I then asked to return the product. Surprisingly, your staff told me that the shoes had been worn and used. So, it could not be returned. I then asked the reason again, and they tried to explain that I used the shoes before returning. It is really unacceptable for me because, of course, the shoes must be worn since I needed to try it and they were the last pair showing on the shelf before I bought them. Seriously, they were not in 100% at that time, but I thought it was ok to buy them because they quite cheap (just Pounds 20). Anyway, I brought them back in the same condition I bought them, and I did not use it more than trying. Thus, this is unacceptable for me and your staff should not complain like I used the shoes before returning. Not nice at all. I am not a kid, I am a lawyer in Thailand. I understand what it should be or should not.
Therefore, this e-mail is to inform you that if you are not happy to receive any product back after sale, you should not pretend to set up a policy to return the product for customers and using the accuse for refusal. Moreover, you are now lose, I, one of your royalty customers. I am very unhappy about this and will stop buying anything from you and also tell everyone whom I know about this.
Thank you very much to made me happy in the past.
