I started out with Richard Brennan law group when I joined a debt settlement program, after 6 months I received a letter from the Frederick law group stating that they had taken over the cases from Richard Brennan I had to fill out all of the original paper work again and submit it to Frederick law Group which i did in the meantime we had a judgement filled against us, I called them they told me to fax the information, which i did . I got no calls back to give me any idea of what was happening, I waited and waited i have made phone calls and left several messages with no one returning my calls meanwhile they continue to take the monthly fee out of my bank account. it is pretty sad when the very people you pay to help you to get out of debt and reach a settlement because you are financially unable to pay your creditors go ahead and rip you off by not providing the service they promised you, Especially when they call themselves lawyers!! the contract you signed says you are entitled to you money back, and I am going to either get the help I was promised or get my money back and i would advise you all to do the same ...do not let them rip you off! Fight for rights they are being paid to provide a service to you and they should be keeping their side of the agreement. if not start with calling the Better business bureau, and the attorney generals office, and their local newspapers in the town they are practicing in, write a letter to the editor, etc, etc, start by telling anyone and everyone who will listen haw they have treated you! Don't lat them take your hard earned money just because they think we won't stand up for ourselves because of the publicity if you are going to have to go to court anyway then what are they getting paid for???????????? they are doing nothing for you anyway so don't let them get away with it !!! remember that God watches over the needy and the helpless and does not let other people get away with taking advantage of people who are trying to do what they can to help themselves...Dawn Sawyer
