can not cancel
I have called and cancelled free credit report . com at least 3 times yet continue to get charged. I have call my credit card company (Bank of America) and free credit report card .com a number of times with no results.

charges were put on my card that I did not aurthrize
I have not been in the country for the last 6 months and I come home and I have all the charges on my bank card that I do not want I did not ask for this service and I want the charges off my card I want them refunded asap... I do not know who use my card but I am in the process of finding out and filing a police report I have been in Afganistan I want these charges refunded

this company is still taking money from my account and there is no way to contact this company to tell them i don't want them to do this . i can't accsess they web sit to check this acount with out gouing threw the whole process again . this is not what i wanted to happen .

unauthorized transaction
free credit report charged my bank account $14.95 when they were unauthorized to do so I have never contacted or researched about this site yet they some how got a hold of my information and charged my account! I think that it is illegal to do this and I think that appropriate action should and will be taken against them for this. After all if they were not authorized to do this and I never gave them my information I would consider this stealing and fraud!

Charged for free credit report
Early in 2009 I requested a one time only free credit report through this website. It has repeatedly charged me since that time over $30.00 a month on my card. I have attempted to have it stopped through my credit card but they say I must go through this process. How and when can I get this removed and the money credited back to my account?

Rip offs - Do not use this or you will be charged 14.95 continually. When you call to complain they offer no refund. Very rude and insulting. The number is 877 288 8060 please flood them with complaints!...
