will not cancel
I signed up for a free credit report and I can not get in touch with anyone to cancel the free trail I have called and emailed them but they still are charging my credit card

taking money out of my account
i requested to have my credit report done at freecreditreport.com and now they are taking 14.95 out of my bank account with out my knowing. i would like to have this problem fixed!! its really making me mad!!

Un-authorized credit card charges
Charged my credit card $14.95 for a membership. they stated that when you log onto their website it is consider an automatic membership and they bill you later.
They store your payment information after a free annual credit report is provided. This is the membership.

Never gave approval
This was to be free for so many day then charged for it, but I thought that I be notified before being charged. The policy wasn't very clear.

rip off
I went to free credit report .com to retrieve my husbands credit report. It ask me for my credit card#. After the billing was done it was a 0 balance. 30 Days later i was billed 12.95 from mini credit report for some monitoring services I didn't ask for. I called them to cancel the man was trying to convince me to keep the services. He said to call back before the 30 days is up, that's the catch. I know for myself that it is hard to remember things from one day to the next now your talking about 30 days. I got upset and hung up. Don't make the same mistake I did get your cancellation # from them before you hang up. Well I need to say that I was billed again this time I cussed them out and I did get my cancellation #. I wouldn't recommend anyone to curse someone out but it was a quick satisfaction for me. When you are retrieving your free credit report make sure it is that free

Unauthorized charges
This company has been charging my bank account for a service I never authorized. I talked to one representative on the telephone and he told me they would send me a statement whereby I'd get my money back, and I mean BACK MONEY to the tune of $300. I got it, sent it back about a month ago, and zilch! Not only did I not get my BACK MONEY BACK, but they're still charging me every month!

Charged fourteen dollars
I was charged fourteen dollars for a free credit report. I sent an email to inform them that I wanted to cancel the subscription of this because I thought it would be free.

Never asked for a credit report!
I have been charged for the last past two months and I want it stopped or I will report you to the BBB for fraudulent charges and I request that the funds taken from my account be reimburse to me. I never agreed to any fees for a Credit Report. I have had someone try this crap before and had my security log added to my credit report and I'll be in touch with my provider about this matter as well! unauthorized debits from my checking account
I did a credit report in January and there was a payment of a dollar that I authorized, but since then this company has been taking 14.95 out of my account since then, my bank had countinued to credit this charge, but I need some answers because this is unfair and sneaky. Please get back to me with an explantaion.
