This company is on the web, and they claim to submit to you FREE credit reports then they charge 15.88 continually every month for nothing, I think this company should be investigated for FRAUD. I was told that they will not refund me back my money. Was also told they cancelled my account per my request after I complained several times to this number: 866-578-5408.
Hope someone will investigate this company as they are ripping off many consumers of their hard earned money !

why am I being billed for this service? I did not apply for this, I want it stoped please .

I did the credit report at least a month ago and now I'm being charged $30.90 for something they said was free.

Several months ago I saw an add for free credit report so I thought I'd try it. Bad idea. I never got the report on my credit. All I got was a reports saying an error had occured and to put in my credit card info again, which I did. I still have as yet to get my credit report, (which I don't even want now). But every month they are charging my credit card 29.95 and it was only suppose to be a one time thing for $1. They are smart enough not to leave a phone number where u can contact them. Can anyone help me. If so contact me at [email protected]. Thank you very much. As I really don't have any money to give away.

...All I can tell people is read the FINE PRINT lol, always READ THE FINE PRINT, if you don't your card WILL BE CHARGED and there are NO REFUNDS. When you sign up for your free credit report, THERE ARE STRINGS ATTACHED, (repeat that you say?) THERE ARE STRINGS ATTACHED. always keep in mind, when on the internet if it says FREE!!! THERE IS A PRICE TO PAY, and you won't know it until later, UNLESS... you READ THE FINE PRINT. I know people hate reading that little writing, but you have to do it, because if you don't... you'll find out later just how FREE the product really is:) Everythiong has a price, that's how you approach it.
