THEY TOOK 29.95 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
I DON'T KNOW WHAT CITY THEY ARE IN BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR A FREE CREDIT REPORT AND I WANT MY 29.95 RETURNED TO ME . I DID NOT AUTHORIZE NO ONE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

unauthorized charges
Did not sign up or agree to a membership. The company started withdrawing 14.95 a minth from my checking account. Called the company and they tried to explain the benefits and i told them to cancel or they would be hearing from my lawyer...that worked real quick

i went to a free credit report with no purchase needed and on the same day i was billed 19.95 which created an overdraft of an additional 37.00

Unauthorized charge to account
I printed off my free credit report. I did not give out any personal info. Somehow they acquired my checking account number and charged my account without my permission. I called them and they refused to refund my money. These people need to be shut down. They are scamming people. Please stop them from doing this to anyone else.

Unauthorized credit card charge
I applied for what i thought was my free annual credit report and have received a charge on my credit card that i did not authorize. I would like to know why i was charged and would like the charged removed.

Two charges to my Credit Car
I requested an ANNUAL FREE CREDIT REPORT on myself. I understand now that there was a clause that said in effect if I did not request that charges of $12.95 per month charged to my State Farm Visa Card, that they would charge my account monthly. As resonable man should assume that a "Free Credit Report" means Free.
The MNI Credit Services has made two monthly charges to my SF Visa Credit card of $12.95 each.
I phoned the MNI Company to request cancellation of the charges. After giving them a lot of information, I was cut-off of the phone. I phoned back & gave the same information to 3 other employees, then instead of a phone disconnect, the volume on their phone was reduced to where I could not understand a word the employee said.
What a dasterly way to do business.
I think I will report this to the Kansas Attorney General & to my US Congressman.

charges on credit card i did not approve
I took out a free credit report last july and cancled it with in 30 days so there would be no charges on my credit card and they said it was cancled now i am finding charges on my statements as to where they have been chargeing my card 12.95 each month I called them to try and get this stopped and get a refund but they keep on putting me on hold. then disconnecting me like 4 times. no one would ever direct me to who could handle my problem I keep on getting the run around and hung up on. now i want action for this this is stealing. I want my money back and these charges stopped
