Charged 14.95, called the phone 1-877-481-6826, and the operator refused to give me a refund, so I asked for a manager or supervisor and she said there are none on duty. She then said it was an agreement and she would cancel my membership which I never signed up for. I again asked for a supervisor and she placed me on hold for 4 minutes and then came back and said it would be a few more minutes before a supervisor would be available and I said that is fine this would give me more time to complete my complaint to the better business bureau while I waited, that got her attention, I asked for her name and operator # and she said well if your going to report us there is no point speaking to a supervisor and I said I would still like to speak to the supervisor so I can include their name as well in my complaint. I was placed on hold and she came back in 20 seconds and I got my refund. I will continue with my complaint to BBB, beware people of this SCUM, I cannot imagine taking advantage of people when we are in such hard times, bottom feeders for sure, I cannot believe anyone could actually work for such a company.
