not what they say they are
signed up for free trial period which suppose to be free access to your credit report but they needed a credit card which they claimed to not charge you anything which was not true at all i was charged a fee for viewing my credit report which was had claimed to be free to view rip off

False Charges
These people tell you that you can get your free credit report from them and when you do and they charge your credit card $29.95 and you call them, they tell you that the free part is for credit monitoring for 7 days... if you get the credit report, it is an automatic charge for $29.95 one time charge... where on the Click Here button does it say that?!?!?! Long story short... lesson learned... never ever ever fall for ANYTHING that says FREE. Shame on them!

DID NOT SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY CHRG ON MY CREDIT CARD.
I got a FCR.com report on 01 May 11 & then on 10 May, I was charged an xtra $14.95 for a (monthly charge?). I DID NOT sign up for more than the first 30-day credit report. Please remove the charge from my CC & consider this notice to NOT extend this beyond the first 30 days I pd the $30.95.

can.nt get the information
I signed up for my free 7 day trial and gave all my information, including my debit card number. I also answered the security questions. I was unable to get my report and can not sign in. When I try to sign in I am told that they are not able to find that information. I want it found and I want it cancelled so my card will not be billed after the 7 day trial. I will report this information to the better business bureu if this mess is not resolved quickly

REPORT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE. THE CHARGED 1.00 AND THEN BILLED
CREDIT REPORT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE. THEY CHARGED 1.00 THEN BILLED 19.95. I WANT THE CHARGE CANCELLED AND CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Unauthorized charges to my credit card
They took taking $15.99 off of my Visa for the last 3 months that I did not authorize. When I call customer service they say I don't exist in their computer.

getting charged every month.
I went on freecreditreport.com in july of last year(2010), and have been reciving a charge of $19.95 to my account every month since then. I want it stopped and my money refunded!!

Unauthorized Charge on my credit card
I did not authorize Free Credit Report .com to charge my account 24.95. upon them charging me that fee, they caused my bank to charge me 35.00 in NSF witch I also want returned.

Subscription
I have requested cancellation of my subscriptions at least 4 times, with not response. I was charged $14.95 on 11-6-10, on 11-8-1o, and on 12-6-10. This is a rip off, and I can't get it stopped. I need help.
