In September we had work done and with a repair of over $500.00 we were issued a coupon for $300.00 worth of free gas. Receipts had to be from the same gas station and after mailing in $100.00 per month of purchased gas we were to receive a coupon for $25.00 worth of gas for 1 year. $ 25.00 per month of $100.00 receipts submitted monthly.

The address was in Largo, Florida and I sent receipts each month. I notified Ice Cold Air and also e-mailed Gas Redemption Center. Both responded...Gas Redemption sent the following e-mail (with a few variations) each time I e-mailed them

These issues were unavoidable and unintentional. We have completed the new database software and are in the process of switching the new and the old. However, keep sending in your receipts - our top priority is your satisfaction and assurance that you will receive everything owed to you.

Now the kicker, the receipts I sent in February has come back "REFUSED"...this weekend I'll take the time to drive by the address.
