they don't tell no one the truth, they say they can fix the issue, but they mess thing up by lieing and they take out good Dll files and they don't make no back up to what they are doing on my computer or yours, mine is a old sony laptop computer with a P-3 345 Mhz CPU i told them to fix my issues i have with there programs and they use wireless services, i don't know any thing of a pc computer. i was looking on what they are doing and i could not stop them do to i don't have no way to stop them intell they are dun, they took out about 144 Dll files that are good out of 84 bad Dll that are bad. the first thing i tryed is this my cd dvd rom drive, it don't work no more. and no restore files to get back my cd dvd rom drive info. the $29.95 is just one part. i am now asking for $500.00 to get this old lap top computer to get fix by some one in a computer shop. i want you all to report this to your credit card co that you use and make sure every one knows about this co. i tryed to get back my money on jan-5-2011 after the program don't work on this old computer.
