Sent my 5.00 refundable fee. Sent gas reciepts in to them, have not recieved a thing. Tried their phone no, not working. Was supposed to get 25.00 gas card every month for 4 months, staring in Dec of 2008.

i was promised 300.00 free gas from contest won a car dealership! never recieved it! sent in my 100.00 gas recipts every month on time. i'm ready to hire a lawyer and i bet i get more then the 300.00 dollars promised to me!!! this is called fraud and there are lawyers that handle cases like this!

I too was also scammed by Freebee Gas and I believe my dealership Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights, Mi. I was given a $500.00 voucher for free gas because the final monthly payment for my Ford Fusion was just over $300.00 per month. I had told the dealership I wanted my payments under $300.00. They appolgized for the error saying they had made a mistake in final calculations and offered me this $500.00 rebate. After going online and seeing what I had to do in order to receive this free gas, I was totally discussed. I called Suburban Ford and explained what I had to do in order to receive vouchers which they told me they were unaware of the prceedures set forth by Freebee Gas and offered me 4 free oil changes along with the voucher which I have not used as of yet since I just purchased the vehicle in August. I have been sending in gas receipts starting in August 08 until now March 09 and have not received a single gas card. Freebee Gas stopped sending me confirmation of my receipt's for January & Feburary which I had thought something was up. I have called and left messages with no responce and my e-mails get kiked back to me. I had gotten the same responce as others I have read by Suburban Ford saying they were behind in sending out the cards. I will start using these oil change vouchers and ask for a total of $500.00 worth plus my $5.00 deposit to Freebee Gas and a total waste of me time collecting and mailing these receipts. I recommand that everyone who received these through a dealership do the same. Maybe then they would check out companies they do business with. Tony, Mi.

In signing up for a federal debt restructuring program, we were heavily urged to sign up for this service. For six months (August 2008-February 2009) we have diligently been purchasing our $100 worth of gas, awaiting our monthly $25 rebate as promised, with no calls returned to the 1-800 number in Largo, FL or to e/m sent to freebeegas.com. Now, when I try to connect to the website, I find it no longer listed. I have just sent a complaint to the NY Attorney General's office, in the hopes that they can follow up and pursue this, when I seem to reach a dead end. I hope other consumers read this and don't waste their efforts or energy. Stay away from this scam, as it is JUST THAT! A Scam!

I have been submitting receipts starting in August of 2008 until January of 2009 and have yet to receive a single gas card. I was given this rebate as part of a timeshare. I have made several calls only to get through once and then to realize yesterday the phone number is out of service. I got through to a person in December and was told they were mailing out all the cards on January 15 and that obviously didn't happen. None of my emails have been returned. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in December but they have closed the case due to the company not responding to them (so much good that did me). I have also filed with My Florida Legal today based on information I found on this website.
