I purchased 4 tires from Big O tires- don't know the exact date of purchase- receipt is in my car. I am supposed to get $500.00 worth of free gas by sending in $100.00 per month in receipts along with the vouchers. I have kept careful track of when I have sent them, and when I should have received my gas cards, and I have not received one gas card! I started sending receipts in July of 2008, it is now December. I called them in October, and there was an automated message saying that if my receipts were sent after July 25, to give them more time. I then received an email saying they had gotten my receipts and need to do nothing more at this time. They have an 800 number for complaints, but you only get voice mail. I left them 2 messages last week, and sent an email via the website 3 days ago, and have heard nothing. I agree that this is shaping up to sound like some kind of scam, and I would be very surprised if there wasn't a class action lawsuit. I think they count on people giving up and not messing with it, and then they don't have to send them anything! I am really disgusted!
