NOT COMPLIANCE
I have not received any of the gas cards as promised. I sent in all the receipts for $100 purchases per month but no free gas card.
I have contacted the BBB but so far no results.
What a joke!

Rebate fraud
I purchased new furniture from Ashley Furniture that was participating in a $500 free gas rebate program. I got my certificate and that is all. I have to submit $100 a month in receipts to the address above and they are supposed to send a $25 gas card or credit card every month until the $500 is rebated to me. This would take about 20 months to complete $500 worth of rebates. My rebate coupons expire June 2010. I started this program in November 2008. I received email that the receipts were received but no gas rebates were received.

received no vouchefrs
I sent in receipts for Oct. Nov. & Dec. 2008 in amounts of $100.00 each month for Shell Gas and have not received the $25.00 vouchers each month as promised. This is a scam and I want my $5.00 that was paid in the beginning to start the activation.

I have sent all my gas receipts in seen oct.2008. They had told me they would sent my 25 dollar coupon out jan 1 2009. i have tryed to call them and no one picks up. They got 5.00 out of me. I feel something should be done about this . When is someone going to do something to stop these scams?

Have never been paid
We made a $4000 purchase for Furniture @ Ashely. "Congratulations, you have just been awarded $500 worth of free gasoline!" We coomplied with all instructions and paid the $5 fee in advance. We have submitted receipts from October, November and now December and to date still have not received a "25$ gas card".

Free Gas Cards from Auto Dealers
Visited auto dealership. Given certificate for free gas. Had to go online to claim. Gave all information and was charged a $5.00 fee which was to be refunded with gas gift cards. This was in September 2008, and I still have not received anything. I have done everything that they requested to the letter. I have now contacted the Attorney General and they are sending me the form to file a legal complaint. If there are others out there who are having the same problem, and I know there are, please do not let them get away with this. File a legal complaint against these people. It hurts to think of all the older people on a fixed income who have been taken in by these scam artists. Don't let them continue getting away with it. Thank you.

After purchasing a vehicle from Dry Ridge Toyota in Dry Ridge< Kentucky, I was handed a cupon packet fro free gas from freebeegas. I was informed this was part of my REBATE. After filing out the paperwork and sending in $100.00 worth of gas receipts for each month for five months I STILL have not received a single $25.00 gasoline gift card which were to be sent each month after sending in the vouchers.
I hold Dry Ridge Toyota responsable, Toyota should check these sites out before advertizing and putting their customers through this.
Maybe we should give the car delerships a VOUCHER to send in to get their $430.00 PAYMENT for the vehicles!
Yes, I have contacted the dealership about this issue, and was basically told it wasn't their problem.

non payment of receipts
After sending in all required gas receipts to receive a 100.00 credit card for gas, I heard nothing else. Sent letters, no response. Is the company still operating? News flash for all who have signed up with this company, Don't waste your Time!

Have not recieve any free gas vouchers

I have submitted my reciept for the months of Sept, 11, 08, Oct. 13, 08 and Nov. 5, 08, and have not recieve any of the free Gas vouchers for any of the reciept that I have submitted.

not received gas cards
I too have been sending in receipts since Aug 2008 and have yet to receive any gas cards, much less the four I am entitled too. I have called there customer service number 800-514-0366 and was told they were running a little behind now when I try the number it just says the mailbox is full and disconnects.
I have also emailed them and gotten the same thing, they are working on it I should receive them soon.
