2nd month in a row to be charged after calling and canceling service. I did it for a one-time only need.

Unotorized Charge
I asked the company on the web to send me free credit report from the 3 credit reporting companies. They did that. Although the company promised free credit reports, they still charged me a fee and they did that twice. First for $24.95 on 3/18/10 and second time for $14.95 on 3/29/10. I didn't authorize these charges ever.

Stay away from this scam company
What a SCAM!!! The customer service people don't tell you EVERYTHING that you are going to be charged for. I was told I qualified to have both me and my wife on the card for $14.95 for one year! Then we would get a notice via e-mail reminding us if we wanted to continue service we could keep that price as long as we didn't break the service. The year came along and I noticed they started billing me double. DOUBLE!!! Then I had to literally fight for 45 minutes with the Cust. Svc. Mgr to get the over charge refund. I cancelled my service.
DON'T BUY INTO THIS SCAM. They only show you ONE credit service. They do not show ALL the credit services such as Equifax and the others. If you want to see the other services you have to pay up the nose!!!
THIS IS A SCAM. HOLD ON TO YOUR MONEY.
Don't Tell Your Friends or Your Mom about this SCAM COMPANY because they will get screwed like we did and disown you! WHAT A RIP OFF!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

The customer service people are dumber then rocks
Free Credit Report . Com is a rip off. They scam your money, over charge for services and the info you receive on your credit report is EXPERIAN ONLY!!! It does not give your credit rating for all 3 major reporting services. You have to pay extra if you want that and that cost is way too high.
The customer service people are dumber then rocks.
Very displeased with this company. It should be charged with criminal charges for the scams they are pulling on the public.

Unauthorized Charges
Signed on for 7 day trial to see if benefits are better than my CreditKeeper.com account. After cancelling my accout on the 5th, I had $14.95 charged to my account on the 6th, called on the 12th to get refund. Initially they weren't going to refund but after a run-around thru CS, and since I was a "Valued Customer" they will credit my account. But I have to wait 7-10 days. What a sham even after our so-called credit reform. That will teach me to ALWAYS Check First.

scam
I wanted to get a free credit report, so I went to freecreditreport.com. but they charged me every month for some bogus service I didn't ask for. I've been trying to cancel for months, and I can never get through on the customer service, and they keep charging me for this. It is just a scam.

Falsifying information
I obtained my "free credit report" and all three scores from this site and all are completley wrong. The only reason I found out was b/c I am purchasing a home and the mortgage company obtained my credit report as well and my score was 37 points LOWER than the score I was given through Free Credit Report.com. The mortgage company pulled it from Experian, which should have been the same as mine...I pulled it from all three major bureau's and all three were 20-37 points off. Why in the world would this be wrong???

Not free
I enrolled in freecreditreport.com to obtain a FREE credit report. The site requested a credit card number, but very specifically stated that my credit card would not be charged. I had a nine day free trial period, however my card was charged the next day for $24.95. When I called to inquire I was told that I was charged because I "mistakenly" clicked on an option for which there was a fee. If that was the case, it certainly was not made clear to me, it was probably in the very fine print. The customer representative was appropriately sympathetic, however he could not remove the charge only discount it to $14.95. I believe this company relies on trickery and false advertising.
