Do not make the same mistake I did
I paid for this stupid "service" for 3 MONTHS!!! not once did i see a credit score or credit report because the damn window would never load completely! PLUS they make sure not to tell you that after the "free" trial they automatically rob you of an arm and a leg monthly. What a nice company... they wouldn't even give any money back after i complained about not being able to log on! When i finally had ENOUGH I called to cancel and was stuck on the phone for 20 minutes with some lady who didn't even speak english! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Charged my debit card two months for unauthorized billing
They made two unauthorized withdrawals from my debit card account.
I would like to hear from anyone who has had this happen to them and has found a way to get their money back.
Thanks in advance.

charge for report
I had went onto this freecreditreport.com with the idea that it did not cost me anything. I thought I had read that if I want t keep it after so many days that they would be charging me for the upkeep. I just now thought that I was canceling the upkeep and found out from my bank institution that they were trying to take $24.95 out of my account, and that it was pending which would be charged probably this evening.
Thank you,
Cindy L. Brinker

Not free at all!
In two weeks, I was charged twice at $29.95 each.
Luckily, I paid with my American Express card rather than a debit card, so it was easy for me to get credited back for the charges. According to American Express, they are affiliated with FREECREDITREPORT.COM
Two weeks ago, I did sign up for a "free" credit report. Unfortunately, I neglected to read all the fine print & discovered the resport that I signed up for was NOT FREE, but cost $29.95. AND by requesting it, I unwittingly gave my permission for them to share my information (including my credit card information) with their "affiliates" like MQV*PRIVACYMID who began charging me fees for their services.
I was advised to continue watching my credit card statements for unauthorized charges from other "affiliates". No word on who those may be, but suffice to say that I will be VERY CAREFUL about any "FREE" offers of any kind on the internet.

Freecreditreport.com SELLS your Email address!
My husband recently wanted to purchase a vehicle and wrapped in a loan for a "dead horse" on which he had some remaining payments. The first dealership he visited resulted in his receiving many denial letters from just about every bank in the area (after he got a car from a second dealership!?) After the sixth rejection letter arrived, I had my husband pull a copy of his credit report. After seeing all the commercials we decided to get a copy from Freecreditreport.com. We paid for the 3-in-1 report to be sure we got all the information available to us. He signed up a week ago using my email address as that's where all the online bills and such are sent. Within 2 days my spam box went from 2 mails per day to about 30!! The reason I know it was this company who sold my email address is that many of these new spam messages are titled "Joel" instead of "Jennifer." Do NOT give this company your main email address! I'd suggest you set up a junk freebie mail address if you must utilize their services.

rip off
These people are bunch of crooks. They show free credit score, 30 days free trial credit score and then collect your credit card. When you want to cancel within 30 days they have already charged your card. They will then claim you have agreed to terms and conditions
requested my free annual credit report from the web site freecreditreport.com. I had to enter a credit card number to receive my 'free' credit report. This month I noticed a charge of $14.95 on my credit card bill. I inquired and learned that I was automatically entered into a subscription service and that I had to take action myself to cancel the service and that I had to do it with 7 days. I did not request nor did I order this service. This is a SCAM and a FRUAD in taking advantage of the free credit report offere. I cannot believe freecreditreport.com is allowed to continue to take peoples monies. What is going on?????

charge not authorized for 14.94
I signed up for a free credit report which is certainly not free and was charged $29.95 one time and then a few days later 14.95 was charged.I did not authorized this and will be putting a stop payment on any more charges. This is definitely false advertising. Another scam on people
