I signed up for the free credit report program in the month of October and was charge $31.65 on the 28th for that month. On November 10 I was also charged $31.65. After that transaction I decided to cancel my membership so I called them to cancel it. The lady on the phone said that everything was taken care of. When December 9 rolled around that was a charge for $31.65, I immediately called them and take to another lady and she had the funds returned to my account on December 10. She also made sure that my membership had been cancel and said that I no longer had a membership. In the month of January that was no charge from the company so I took that as everything was ok. In the month of February on the 18, I was again charge the total of $31.65. I called my bank and ask them about it and they said that freecreditreport.com had took those funds out of my account and that I needed to contact them for a refund. Now I am here wondering if I will get my funds back into my account even after I had canceled my membership back in November.

I read an online advertisement that said "Get your free credit report now." I signed up for the "free" credit report, only to find out a few days later that it wasn't "free" at all. The company began charging $14.95 per month to my credit card without my authorization. When I called them to get the account cancelled and my payment refunded, they told me they could not refund my payment because I have been to their website before. I think you should put this company out of business before anyone else gets scammed. Why they are still in business I have no idea, because they have apparently been doing this form many years now. Please shut them down ASAP!

I signed up for free credit report if I cancalled within 7 days, it's been 3 days and cannot find out how to cancel, the web site they gave me has NO link to go to to cancel, , , SOMEBODY BETTER INVESTIGATE THIS WEBSITE

I went on Freecreditreport.com and signed up for a free membership. It said something about obtaining all 3 credit bureau reports, but when I saw that it cost money I didn't want it. On January 27, 2009, I see a charge for 14.95 for something I didn't order.

After watching the tv ads, I signed on to 'freecreditreport.com' to get my 1 time free credit report. What I didn't realize was that, after receiving my free report, my bank account we be debited $29.95 per month and I would be considered a full time member. I tried to find information that would lead me to a place where I could cancel the membership and I had no success. When I called the referenced phone number I could not get past a never ending busy signal. Plus I could not find a reference on their web site that would lead me to a page where I could cancel my membership. PLEASE SEND HELP!!
