This company is a horrible company to both employees and customers. I was scammed into working for them this past year. They lied when they interviewed me and were not upfront about what the job entailed. They went as far as to say I could make triple digit income and that they would pay for me to become a loan officer. Once employed, they changed their commission rules almost every month so everyone pretty made minimum wage. Towards the end of my employment they made up rules as they went along to not give commission. At Christmas everyone got a $460 paycheck for two weeks of work. Steve Harris (the president) also played favorites, giving "good" leads to his favorite employee and stealing sold or almost sold deals from other employees and giving them to his favorite person as well. Steve and James McBain (the VP) also like to scare employees by threatening to fire them at least once a week. On the customer end, Steve and James would never call a customer back once they voiced a complaint...and there were many. One customer that I remember called almost everyday for a month asking for a refund and Steve would never return the call. Many more customers that I remember requested refunds because they didn't receive what was promised and they too never received them as long as I was there. Steve only thinks about money and sleeps on the couch in the office. He is obsessed with listeing to recordings of employees and watching the cameras. Maybe if he actually did some work instead of facebooking he wouldn't be being sued right now by the AG...
