Stay away

I have mortgage w/freedom for 3years now, since last year I've been trying to refinance with them, i'am on my fourth agent, and i keep getting the run around by them. ever week its a different agent with a different excuse.
on two diffrent accaison a gent was dispatch to my home, all paper work was doned and all documents were summitted, and till this day nothing have been doned, , I'am still waiting for to tell me what's up.

Beware

Refinanced with freedom Mortgage and when the signing docs arrived, the numbers were all different...much higher fees and a 1/2 percentage point higher interest rate. called Freedom, was told the guy working my loan was fired and he made mistakes on my loan. Was told to sign the papers and could rescind in 3 days if I wanted to. These people use multiple people to confuse you throughout the loan with multiple GFE, numbers, fees, etc. Beware!!!
