I received three charges between these two companies, 8.42, 8.42, and 22.99. I got the number from my bank when I called to inquiry about the transactions. They appear as checks, but the check numbers themselves are a give away that something is astray. Have calls to make to ensure I have "cancelled" all my memberships! Oh I didn't know I asked for membership!! ARGH

I think this came from payday-loan-yes.com. I completed an application with them, got the contract and terms to review and sign. I didn't agree with the terms, so I did not sign and return. Then on Monday I checked my account and it was higher than I expected. I look online and saw that $200 had been deposited from them and also $10 TAKEN from them. So I called and was told that the contract was only for my personal records and that by applying i was authorizing them to complete the loan... WHAT?? oh, so I went through their web page, contract, etc. OH it says you are not even allowed to do loans for people in MN, oh I'm in MN.
