THIS IS A RIP OFF!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT BEING FAIR JUST MAKING A BUCK!! SICKENING!!! I changed my mind about signing up and called them and was told that if I hit the NO THANKS button that I would not be signed up. I was told that they did not show a membership for me but after 7 days I was charged $19.95. I called their office and they are unwilling to accommodate their customers. ALL they care about is getting their money and they use the excuse of their representatives giving wrong information!!! AS IF they aren't the ones responsible. I spoke to the supervisor Keith who gave me nothing but a bunch of excuses and refused to even consider refunding my money!! Supposedly the CEO is Gary Johnson and they won't give out any email address but the place is located at 9500 W. Dodge Road, Suite 100, Omaha, NE 68114.

Requested free credit information; was charged $19.98 monthly charge; called the company, requested that the charge be refunded and the service stopped; was told that it would be taken care of. Went out of the country and didn't notice charge was till comping out of my account each month until 7 months later. Called and was told they would stop the charge and refund the most recent charge, but I was out of luck on the older charges. Filed a report with the BBB and with a couple of days, received a notice that the charges would be reversed. I just checked to day, and the charges have, indeed been credited to my account.

I went to their web site to get my "free credit report" . I gave the correct information that I would know and was told it was the wrong information.
