misappropriated funds from my acct
Good Grief! Are there any honest vendors out there anymore?! I will never shop Proflowers again and will tell all my associates and friends the same. I was told by Freeshipping.com that Proflowers is indeed aware of this little "offer". Kinda like "earmarks" and I am not a congressman! Shame, shame on you and shame on me for sending flowers to my Mom via the internet. Six months later @12.97 per mo. I could have flown them to her myself!

Scam
I was ordering flowers from FLOWERS.COM and deceided to complete the free shipping attachment. When I saw the monthly membership fee, I stopped the order and never submitted it. I also cancelled the flower order. This month I was billed the monthly fee $12.97 for freeshipping.com and never authorized it.

LOSES DOCUMENTATION, SCAM
Freeshipping.com is a scam and I would highly recommend not falling for their incentives. I sumitted over 10 claims and they processed only 2 (how convenient that the only two they "supposedly" received equaled the cost of the service). After contacting customer service, their only response was "sorry we didn't receive your documentation for the others". I read the fine print, keep very thorough records and the documentation was mailed immediately after purchases. By the time you account for what you pay for stamps, etc. you're paying them for nothing but a hassle!

My checking account was charged $12.95 on unauthorized charges. I have bought nothing through or even remotely related to freeshippingc.com.

Do not sign up under any circumstances
DO NO SIGN UP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Be warned. Do not fall for their free shipping gimmick. They just sign you up for an automatically recurring monthly fee "service" called freeshipping.com. A total gimmick. They ask for your credit card information to "refund your shipping" and then after you enter it they tell you you'll be charged monthly for some lame "service" you'll never use. BTW their monthly fee was more than even my one time shipping charge would have been. I still haven't been able to stop them from charging me!!!

FINALLY FROM ORIGINAL ORDER IN MAY 2010, I RECEIVED A REFUND CHECK#251078 DATED 6/11/2010 IT WAS POST MARKED 6/12/2010 BUT!!! WAS NOT RECIEVED IN MY MAIL UNTIL SEPTEMBER 12, 2010 WHEN THE CHECK WAS MADE ' INVALID ' AFTER 90 DAYS !!! scam
I purchased flowers at Proflowers.com earlier this year. I was sold partly because of a "shipping rebate" promise on that web site.
I found out later I had to join this freeshipping.com site to get rebate. I did that and later found out that there was a monthly charge to get this rebate. It took several weeks and two submissions to get my $10 rebate. I cancelled my "membership" on line back in March. My wife pays our bills and asks me to review the charges each month. I guess I was not very observant because just today I realized that freeshipping.com has been charging my credit card - $11.97 each month since last February for this scam! I was furious. I feel scammed and embarassed. I called freeshipping.com and let them know how deceiving their operation is. They said I never cancelled which was a not true. They told me they would refund the last two months. I have paid $95.76 for a $10 rebate!!!

charges after I canceled
I have been a member of this for 4 months without even realizing it. I remember the first email I got from them with instructions on how to get free shipping and promptly sent them a return email saying that I didn't want the membership and had not signed up for it, please do not charge my card. I didn't think about it after that. I noticed the last charge of $11.97 to my card and called the 18008695597. I asked for a refund for the 3 months I was charged they refunded 1 month. I just let it go after that I just wish I would have caught it sooner or called instead of emailed them the first time. The Rep was nice so I didn't get upset. I just took a $24 loss for a service I didnt use. :(
