I had used them once before for a very very minor service and they were good and the price was reasonable. So, I used them again a few months later to do a more serious work on my car:
Replace the 4 tires with the ones I brought with me, among other things.

When I went to pick up the car, the tires were replaced and balanced. It was late in the day and dark. So I paid and drove home.

Next day, when I walked to my car, I was shocked to find all 4 alloy rims on my cars had circular scrap marks. They are all around the same area. My car is parked in the garage and I sure as heck did not hit anything on the way back. I was pretty convinced that their machine did it. So I went to the shop and confronted the 2 owners (both Armenian). The bigger buy was extremely rude and would not even talk to me. The skinny guy seemed to more reasonable. He inspected the problem and went into the shop while I waited. He came out and offered to resolve the matter. He offered to repair the rims for me to original condition. Since he appeared okay, I agreed. I let them take off all 4 rims of my car and installed my original wheels on it. He promised a few days. Off I went.

For the next few weeks, I kept calling. I often got some shop guy. They either said they don't know; nothing has been done yet; the owner is out sick; or the rims are still at the repair shop. All these conflicting statements alarmed me. I finally reached the owner I spoke with. He assured me it would be ready in a day. So I went to pick it up. This time, I went there at day time. To my surprise, it appears they just painted my rims with a poor coat of silver paint and it had coat of oil on it. Needless to say, I was besides myself. He initially said it was the same as before. I showed him my alloy spare, and he admitted they were different. But now he claimed they were of same quality and very popular now a days. I was not about to deal with them anymore and stormed off.
