Hi,
During my transit in Paris Airport (CDG), I used the Public Telephone to make a International Call to India and I spoke for about a minute and disconnected. Later when I checked my credit card bill I was surprised to see an amount of 34.8 Euros charged for this call. The statement shows as below (amount mentioned in Indian Rupees)
27/03/2010 FRENCH PHONE*Mar25 Rs.2, 086.57
I am not sure to whom I need to complaint about this and how do I get the excess money refund? If anyone has any idea on how to resolve this issue please let me know.
Regards,
Shashi
