I would urge everyone to also contact your bank. I did and I have this company under investigation. With their freud information hotline I was able to find out that this company is not even in the US. They are from Great Britain. So good luck for those trying to get a direct refund. Also, their call center is in the Phillipines, (1-877-208-6571) . I feel sorry for these customer reps who are getting slammed for apologizing for these crooks. I was scammed and charged $83.72 from my checking account, whereas all I agreed to debit was the $1.97 for shipping charges for the initial information. I did not agree to any subscription or membership and I did not get anything for the $1.97. How dare they charged my card with an extra $80.75 FOR WHAT!

PLEASE, I again urge everyone out there to pursue some kind of action so we can stop these crooks.
