On Dec 6, I ordered uggs from the Freshpairofnikes.com website. I was charged 137 which was immediately charged to my card. Shipping says upto 21 days which is ridulous and has well passed. Still no shoes. No responses to emails or phone pages. Phone number listed has voice mail that is full. How do we stop these folks from stealing? This is fraud.
How do I get my hard earned money back? ?

i purchased a pair of true religion jeans from fresh pair of nikes, 07-dec-08 until now i have not recieved the jeans or a cofirmation of my order but my credit card was charged 83 dollars, tax and shipping, who did the card pay ? i have e-mailed the company several times, and i can't get a response on the phone. the companys web site is still up, and they are still ripping people off . how do we get rid of them?
