My daughter joined this team in January of 2010. We signed a contract stating to pay $1900.00 for the season based on 9 players. I was told they would have 12 players and the price would be adjusted accordingly. They in fact had 12 player and we along with other parents asked when the adjustment would be made. The Fresno VBC failed to honor our requests after months of asking. There is a clause in their contract stating that there is no refunds . As a result of this I didnt want to over pay by nearly $500 so in response prior to making a last payment I had sent a request for an itemized statement. I had requested this in late May of 2010. I never received a response until October 9th 2010. It was an Itemized statement with inaccuracies and made up charges. One of which was an over charge for coaching of nearly $1200.00. There was also a charge for equipment they claim they purchased but I never saw the purchased equipment. I could go one for several pages of dishonesty and there strong arm tactics and there lack of explanation of anything. The Director of the club, Fran Mazzei, completely lyed by stating she was not "compensated" for her work and in fact she is compensated $9000.00 annually. The treasure Bruce Hartman is paid $2400 annually. No other club in Fresno pays these salaries. So buyer beware if you get selected to play on The Fresno BVC ITS A SCAM!!!
