I had an unfavorable experience at Fridays this weekend. When my entree was delivered to me, there was a hand sanitizer encased in a plastic covering sticking in my food. When I asked my server about it, he said it was customary to place the hand sanitizers in the patrons food. When the manager came to my table to discuss this matter, his rational was that they use gloves before placing in the food, and this was a practice that the corporate office wanted to be practice. The problem with this practice is that the sanitizer packs are not packaged in a fashion suitable to be placed in food, nor do we know what they have been in contact with before and after they are delivered (i.e) rodents, insects, ect.
