My husband and I bought a Frigidaire Washer and Dryer set from Aaron's. About less than a month later the washer was stopping in the middle of a cycle and the dryer was not drying properly. I called the store and requested maintenance service. I was told that I would get a call back the same day to schedule an appointment for a tech to come out. We did not get a call back for a week. We decided to call back. The manager came up with an excuse of being too busy to call back he assured us that he would call us back before the day was over to set a scheduled time. Again, he did not. I called back at the end of the day and let them know that I was not going to get off the phone without a confirmation on a schedule time and day. The manager told us a person will come over in two days. The person that came out told us that the dryer just needed a new dryer hose and the machine needed a new piece that needed to be ordered. I waited about two weeks for the piece to come in and for a tech to come out. This has happened 4 times. We received a loaner for over a month without letting us know that our machine was still not being fixed and in their store. If I would not have called we probably would never get our machine back. I called corporate today because I called to service my machine again and the manager has not called me back since last I spoke to him 3 days ago. The regional manager is suppose to call me back and has not yet since earlier today. No wonder they have such irresponsible people working for them. I will never recommend Aaron's to anyone else.
