This company double sells items on both ebay and car-part.com! The part was listed as "TESTED" but after they had my money for a while they emailed me to say the part is damaged, but didn't refund the money. When I opened a case against them with ebay, they tried to blackmail me into closing the case by saying they will only refund my money after I drop the case against them. What recourse will I have if I drop the case and they still don't refund my money???
