y wife and i frequented the Friendly"s route 5 & 20 Geneva New York Sept 20 at 1PM and were seated but then we waited for 20 minutes before we vinally got up and left the restaurant no one asked us for a drink order or even if we were ready to order anything. We frequent Friendly"s because we enjoy the food and the ice cream you serve but it looks like we should maybe start looking to other pastures seeings how the service is getting to be somewhat wanting and it wasn't llike there were alot of people there one or two other patrons who weere already eating to much reminiscing behind the counter even the manager was kibitzing we tried to get the attention of the waitress the girl at the cash register just looked at us and then looked away llike we weren't there so i thought we should spend our money elsewhere sorry .
